SHIPPING & PAYMENT

Placing an order

All hooks presented in this online shop are ready for shipping and are in our warehouse in Kyiv (this is our capital city). Each hook is made by hand and only in one copy, so you buy exactly the hook that you see in the photo on the product page. Please use the filter to find hooks of the right size, type of wood, etc.

After you add the items to your shopping cart, please enter your detailed shipping address and click the Buy Now button.

The payment will not be debited immediately, there are a few more simple but necessary steps ahead:

First, a letter about a new order will arrive in our Email box.

After that, we will contact you as soon as possible and confirm the availability of the product you selected, as well as clarify the cost of delivery and the postal address.

The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.

Once all shipping details have been agreed, we will send an invoice and a link to make the payment via PayPal or Revolut to the email address you provided. Please check your spam folder just in case if you do not see a new order incoming email in your inbox.

Payment options

We offer PayPal or Revolut as payment options for orders. Once the payment proceeds, you receive a confirmation email with your order details.

If you have any difficulties with the payment via PayPal or Revolut, please send us an e-mail to lettoworkshop@gmail.com , we will gladly answer any of your questions.

Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs and taxes paid (for example, government, customs, VAT) are non-refundable. All orders can be returned in any way convenient for you at your expense.

Please contact lettoworkshop@gmail.com  if you would like to exchange or return a product. We will get back to you in 24 hours or less. Please allow 2 weeks for your refund. We will send an email once we receive the item and your refund will proceed.

International Shipping

We ship through Ukrposhta – the national post of Ukraine. Shipping costs vary by country and will be shown after you enter your information during checkout. Regardless of the number of hooks in the order, the shipping cost will not change and will be only $9 per package to most countries. The invoice that applies to your order will be enclosed in the box (or placed on the surface of the box) for your country’s customs and postal company.

Please allow 14 to 28 business days for your order to arrive, depending on destination. We will send you a tracking number in the shipping notification email once your order is ready.

Taxes and Duties

Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at checkout. These charges will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs. For any information ahead of purchase email us at lettoworkshop@gmail.com

Order Changes and Cancellations

We can add to/combine multiple orders to save on shipping costs. To combine multiple orders, email us at lettoworkshop@gmail.com  within 48 hours of your initial order.

If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at lettoworkshop@gmail.com  as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as the package has not left our facility yet. Unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.
